EVENT PROJECT

The second project we had to achieve during our first year at ISFSC is an event project. Our issuer, the House of Arts of Schaerbeek, asked us to create and organize an event linked to plastic art creating links between the residents of the « Place de la Reine », the students of the universities of the district and the surrounding businesses.

The « Voilà agency », of which I am a member, decided to literally take the idea of creating bridges and to base its event on the construction of a real bridge that will remain as a bench on the Place de la Reine in Brussels, and that will remind us of the event and of the links forged between everyone.

This project helped me:

  • To work in a group
  • To really immerse myself in the world of work and event organisation
  • To learn how to organise myself
  • To contact sponsors, partners and service providers in a serious way to work with
  • To make a planning and a retro-planning
  • To segment a target audience
  • Create a persona
  • Manage a budget
  • Manage my stress
